入会条件

1.必须是年满21岁的马来西亚华裔公民。

2.公司会员方面，他必须是该公司的股东或懂事，或独资拥有人或合伙人。

3.除其本身的个人会员身份之外，每一名授权代表仅能代表不超过两个商团会员或公司会员或两者的组合。

4.凡欲申请加入成为本会会员者，必须先填写入会申请表格。交回本会秘书处，以供董事会审核。

5.经董事会审查通过及邀清入会基金及年捐或一次过邀清永久会员费之后，申请者方可成为本会会员。

6.懂事会有权拒绝任何入会申请，且无需给予任何理由。

7.除非获得本身就读之学院或大学之副校长的批准，否则学院或大学生不得加入为本会会员。

8.本会会员入会基金及年捐如下：
– 入会基金 – RM300.00,年捐 RM200.00
– 永久会员 – 一次缴交永久会飞 RM1,000.00

9.年捐必须在每年开始的30天内缴交付给财政。

10.秘书处将发出通知书给拖欠年捐超过3个月的会员。该会员的权利将被终止至会费缴清为止。

11.会员若拖欠年捐超过1年，将自动丧失其会员籍。董事会拥有绝对之酌决权采取其认为适当的行动，但是事先必须就拖欠年捐之给予该会员书面通知。

12.因拖欠年捐丧失其会员籍之会员若申请新入会，董事会拥有绝对之酌决权决定其入会基金。

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT

1.He/she must be a Malaysia citizen of Chinese ethnic of age 21 or above.

2.Representative of Corporate Member must be the shareholder, director, sole proprietor or partner of the said corporate or firm.

3.Every representative shall only be entitled to represent not more than two (2) Associate or Corporate membership, or a mixture of both, excluding his membership as an individual member in the Chamber.

4.Any applicant desirous of being admitted as a member f the Chamber shall complete the prescribed application form and submit the same to the secretariat of the Chamber for consideration by the Committee. Every application shall be proposed and seconded by two (2) members of the Chamber.

5.All applicants shall become a member of the Chamber upon approval of the Committee and upon payment of the relevant entrance fee and annual subscription or the lump sum subscription as provided herein.

6.The Committee shall have absolute discretion in rejecting any membership application and shall not be required to assign any reason thereto.

7.A university or college student shall not be admitted as member of the Chamber unless prior written consent of the Vice-Counsellor of his university or college is obtained.

8.The entrance fees and subscriptions payable by the members are as follows:
– Entrance fees – RM300, Annual subscription – RM200.00
– Subscription for Life Member – RM1,000.00

9.Annual subscription shall be paid in advance to the treasury within 30 days from the beginning of every year.

10.The Secretariat shall send remainder to any member whose annual subscription is due and outstanding for more than three (3) months and the rights and privileges of the said member will be suspended until the outstanding subscription is fully settled.

11.A member whose annual subscription has been fallen into arrears for more than one (1) year shall automatically cease to be a member and the Committee may take any course of action as it deems fit Provided that prior written notice on outstanding annual subscription shall be given to that member.

12.The Committee shall have the absolute discretion to decide the entrance fee for restoration of membership of a member whose has ceased to be a member due to outstanding annual subscription.
